I finally had a little time to prepare something during the weekend for the blog. I didn't think I would miss so much writing and sharing here what I like. It has really become a way to have a break in my daily routine. As a full time employee is a little hard sometimes to work for someone else and find yourself getting away from the things you like. As a designer is even harder to realize this. It gets to a point where you feel you've lost all sense of your style and it's even difficult to get inspired again. I think this is the main reason I like doing stuff here.. I've said it before and I will keep saying it. A personal blog for me is where you can be a 100% you. No body tells you what to do or how to do it. It's just you! And who doesn't love that?! So... going back to the topic of this post..I made a very simple but very refreshing and delicious smoothie this weekend. Of course I took the pictures and forgot the camera in my boyfriends car so just today I am able to share it here!
Have I told you about Chia seeds? Well, I love these little things. I love adding them to my cereal, granola and smoothies/juices. They really don't taste like anything unless you add a lot. They have an amazing source of vitamins, fiber and many other good things. Check out this visual that explains better its nutrients and benefits. I definitely recommend them :)
