Yey! I had time to organize my schedule better this weekend so I got to put together a couple things to share this week. And, I wanted to start this week exactly with the first thing I do on a Monday.. Breakfast. I've met a lot of people that wait 2 or 3 hours to eat breakfast or some don't even have breakfast. In my world.. breakfast is everything. If I wake up at 3am or 7am I am hungry. And, if I'm hungry my brain doesn't function. And, people around me might hate me. So, yes breakfast is very important for me. So, this is one of my favorite things to eat in the morning. I probably eat it 2 or 3 times a week and sometimes at night. I know, but it's so good.
This is my simple but so good breakfast. Strawberries, granola, greek yogurt and honey.
Sometimes I have this with blackberries instead of strawberries if I run out of them. Fage is my favorite greek yogurt. I've tried different brands but I sticked to this one and don't ever change it. They have a 0% yogurt also if you prefer a healthier version of it.
