As always, this Sunday was probably my favorite day last week. I got to run to the beach from my house, which is around 2 miles away. And, met my boyfriend there. He went in his bike, his ride was a little longer tho, probably 5 to 6 miles. But, hey a little more exercise is not bad. We stayed there for a couple hours and then each one went back to its house. I was running back as fast as I could because I knew if I stayed 5 minutes more under the sun I was going to burn really bad. I did anyways. Even after putting 3 times sun block. When we got home, we were starving and I wanted to try this Mexican restaurant that we saw the other day. Ok, I saw the other day. It is one of the cutest restaurants I've seen. Not only it has guacamole in their menu which puts it already on the top of my list but it has little special details everywhere which I absolutely love. The colors, patterns, wood, chairs, graphics.. I mean I can go on and on.. Everything they did there is beyond special. I usually like very girly stuff but there is something about skulls that I like. And the way they did it here..... ok I have a restaurant crush.
The food was veeery good also. I had an overload of crispy tacos and chips. I ordered 3 different meats, chicken, steak and pork and they all had cabbage, mango, sour cream and pico de gallo. They were all good but the pork taco was amazing. My boyfriend ordered something that is probably not the most appealing meal ever but it was definitely very tasty, not too healthy, but tasty :) The base of it was probably 4 to 5 tostones and on top it had, cheese, black beans, guacamole and pico de gallo. So, if you ever come to south Florida do your self a favor and come to this place (check out their website here).. You will probably have a crush like I do right now, tho.
Natalia!! Suerte!!!
