Are you as obsessed as I am with books? I have them everywhere around my house. I have so many that while taking the pictures I actually noticed I need to organize them better so it doesn't look messy. To me it is almost impossible to go to Barnes & Noble and go home with empty hands. But, sometimes books can get so expensive that lately I've been writing down the name of the book or taking a picture of the cover an buying them online. It is always cheaper. Sometimes, I end up spending more because the websites would link me to related books and obviously I fall for that but at least I know I am buying the book I wanted for less. My latest acquisitions are Blog Inc by Jo Cho. I've been reading a couple pages of this book daily and I find it so useful. Since I am new at blogging it has taught me things that I didn't even know you could do or stuff that I shouldn't do. In Valentine's one of my coworkers gave me a gift certificate for Crate & Barrel and since my mom had recently bought me a Slow Cooker I I got a book called Art of the Slow Cooker (It is almost $10 less online). I haven't done any of the recipes in the book, I took some ideas of a couple recipes and did my own but I really want to make all the soups they have there. My boyfriend also got me a book for Valentines. He has seen me go through many stages with the process of learning how to take pictures. So, he got me The Rough Guide to Digital Photography. Let me tell you, I read a couple pages on Saturday before taking pictures of one of the DIYs I've been preparing for this week and unlike before it took me only 2 minutes to find the right settings for the camera (at least they looked ok to me :) ) So, I strongly recommend it for anyone trying to learn photography too. I am in too any kind of book so if you have good suggestions PLEASE let me know of what I am missing out!
