VALENTINE'S CAKE POPS

Since Valentine's is coming up, my friend who has recently started a business making sweets offered to share a couple cute ideas for Valentine's gifts. She makes these -oh so delicious- cake pops and creates the cutest arrangements to present them like they deserve. Most of the elements she used to wrap the pop were found at Target.
